PUSH had an incredibly busy couple of days this past weekend!
First, members and staff headed to Harvest House in South Buffalo to attend a Power Analysis training with VOICE Buffalo
and NOAH (Niagara Organizing Alliance for Hope)
to help plan our strategy for our campaign against National Fuel! It was a great training and we would like to thank Harvest House for their hospitality as well as our technical advisor, Tammy Greaton, for putting on a great training.
PUSH staff members then raced to meet up with our board at the Stella-Niagara retreat center in Lewiston right on the Niagara. We talked about our favorite moments at PUSH, socialized, and got down to business amending our 5 year strategic plan and reporting on the various aspects of the organization.
We managed to get a lot of important work done while we enjoyed each other's company. We definitely want a ton of input on the plan which we will present at our annual meeting in April, so stay tuned!
